me and my friend just started going out, but after a couple of days i really don't like her anymore,she is so annoying, what is the best way to break up with her?

get some balls - look her in the eye and tell her that if she is going to be your woman, there have got to be a few changes in her behavior. Then list them, she will either respect you and obey, or she'll blow you off. Either way, you're the one with the pants on.
Tell her she hasn't seemed the way you thought she would have been (personality wise), and tell her you don't like her as much as you thought you would have at the beginning, than tell her you're breaking up.
Just tell her that you think you are better off as friends and you don't want to wait so long an ruin the friendship so you want it to go back like before!
