You can spread a rumor that one cheated on the other. Make sure that you can't be traced as the source though. For instance tell somebody ';I heard somebody say that...'; or make a fake MySpace/Facebook whatever account and send a message to one of the people saying that you don't want to reveal your identity, but you ';felt that they should know something';. Or you can block your phone number to do that. It MAY not break them up, but it will definitely cause arguments in their relationship and bring up ';trust'; issues, which will eventually lead to a break up:)

you can take the dude out to a party intro him to some chicks get everyone drunk wait till one of them start kissing each other take pictures send them anonymously to the girl and wait to see what happens.
Thats just nasty but ill answer it anyway! hang around with the girl alot if ur a boy to make her bf jealous n problems will occur and vice versa!
