For one, the next time you find yourself a girlfriend, make sure that there's more than one thing about her that you're attracted to. With so little personal attraction, you should have never BEEN naked together. She's well rid of you if you don't want her. Whatever you do, don't say anything to put her down or make her insecure. That kind of thing can stick with a person their whole life. It hurts.
Just tell her that you rushed into things and you don't feel that you should take the relationship any further. Say you're sorry and leave it at that.
